Markham InterContinental Ltd will be made up of the following businesses:
Specialising in Property investment (office, residential, retail, hotels, indoor arenas), real estate development funds and acquisitions of companies of strategic importance. Also planned for the future Infrastructure funds to invest in sustainable transportation.
Specialising in mixed use and resort developments to include: Luxury hotels, casinos, indoor arenas (new concept the dining arena), smaller dining theatres, luxury retail, residential, office space, restaurants, recording studios, music schools, conference and exhibition space, golf courses, polo clubs and equestrian facilities, Television / video production facilities.
Markham InterContinental Ltd once developments are completed will operate developments/resorts and promote events.
Facilities will be permanently installed in all venues to record live music concerts for a streaming site and each two hour concert will be available as a video on demand. Music TV channels may also be set up. Other TV channels will be set up to include Fashion, Comedy, Sport (Golf, equestrian), international cookery etc.
A free new artist channel will be launched to promote new music artists and the public can vote for there favourite artists and once they have enough votes to say people would like to see them live then tours around music venues of appropriate size can arranged and the artists filmed for the TV and Streaming sites.
